CONSTRUCTION NEARING COMPLETION AT THE TERRACES

The transformation of 1525 Spruce Street into The Terraces on Spruce is nearly complete! The exterior of the building has been reconfigured, new windows installed, and brick, stucco, and steel accents have been affixed to the exterior facade. The entry doors on the north and south of the building have been installed, and the ten separate patio and balcony spaces have been established in the building’s six homes.

The snow is upon us in Boulder, and construction crews are now glad to be focused on the interior finish of the six homes and completing the update of the parking garage and building elevator. Floors are in place and cabinet and countertop installation is nearly complete. Crews are installing the plumbing and electrical fixtures and fine tuning the finish elements. It’s a great time to tour the Terraces on Spruce Street!
